New Joshua House Clinic

325 E 7th St, Los Angeles CA 90014 directions

Located less than five minutes from Skid Row, our flagship clinic offers judgment-free medical, dental and behavioral health care. Joshua House Clinic is staffed full-time to meet the needs of the uninsured, homeless and shelter populations in Downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.

Pico Aliso Community Clinic

Nestled in the heart of Boyle Heights, east of Downtown Los Angeles, our Pico Aliso Community Clinic is our second full-time location. The innovative clinic provides both adult and pediatric preventative health care for nearby public housing project residents and the general community.

Part-time Clinics

Anne Douglas Center (LAM)

Our satellite clinic at the Anne Douglas Center for Women, part of the Los Angeles Mission, provides women-centered health care and assistance. This location provides medical, dental and chiropractic services as part of both daily services and 12-month rehabilitation programs.

Exodus Recovery (ICM)

An integrated satellite clinic serving uninsured and homeless in East Los Angeles, Exodus Recovery (ICM), provides routine and ongoing care to individuals with chronic physical and mental health conditions. Additionally, holistic treatment options are available.

Exodus Recovery (IMHT)

8511 ½ S. Vermont, LA, CA 90044 directions

The Exodus Recovery Integrated Mobile Health (IMHT) team provides mental, physical and substance abuse services in Downtown Los Angeles, Boyle Heights and South Los Angeles. Utilizing a holistic field-based approach, this mobile clinic primarily serves the homeless population and community members with serious mental illnesses.

Exodus Recovery (SRHT New Genesis Apts)

458 S. Main St., LA, CA 90033 directions

Located in the New Genesis housing complex, managed by the Skid Row Housing Trust (SRHT), Exodus Recovery serves the residents of the 106-unit facility. Part of a suite of support services for homeless and low-income residents, the onsite clinic offers medical care, drug counseling and mental health treatment.

Midnight Mission

601 S. San Pedro St., LA, CA 90014 directions

Found between the Arts District and Downtown Los Angeles, the clinic at the Midnight Mission serves formerly homeless individuals as part of the mission’s Healthy Living Program This location offers medical treatment and consultative services for improving overall health and wellness.

Percy Village

Serving the Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles communities, this location at Percy Village adult residential facility, provides on-site clinical services for up to 136 program participants. The clinic specializes in medication support, prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and treatment and discharge planning.

Telecare Inc. – Core LA

Our part-time clinic at Telecare, Inc., located between Downtown Los Angeles and South Los Angeles, serves adults who have a history of substance abuse, homelessness, psychiatric hospitalization or are on parole. This location is by referral only from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation

Telecare – Service Area 4, Integrated Mental Health

600 St. Paul Ave., Ste. 100, LA, CA 90017 directions

On the border of the Westlake community in Los Angeles County, our part-time clinic at Telecare Service Area 4, primarily serves local community members with a history of severe and persistent mental illness, criminal records and homelessness. Services at this location include medical and psychiatric care

Volunteers of America

Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, at the San Julian Access Center, this drop in community health clinic serves uninsured, homeless and low-income individuals. The clinic provides primary care exams and services year round to adults and children.

World Impact (Watts Clinic)

Anchored in the community of Watts, this community health center provides dental, primary care, cancer screenings, disease control, women’s health, and lab work services. The location accepts all uninsured individuals and those who are on Medi-Cal
